MoveWell tıbbi bir hizmet değildir. Teşhis koymaz, tedavi etmez, hastalık önlemez. Fizyoterapi, rehabilitasyon veya kişisel antrenörlük değildir ve nitelikli bir sağlık uzmanının tavsiyesinin yerine geçmez.
Uygulamadaki "Hareket Skoru", verdiğiniz cevaplardan hesaplanan uygulama içi bir başlangıç ölçüsüdür. Bir sağlık değerlendirmesi, fitness testi veya tıbbi ölçüm değildir ve öyle kabul edilmemelidir.
Kendi sınırlarınız içinde egzersiz yapmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Başlamadan önce — özellikle yakın zamanda ameliyat geçirdiyseniz, bir yaralanmanız varsa, hamileyseniz, kalp rahatsızlığınız varsa veya egzersizin size uygun olup olmadığından emin değilseniz — lütfen yetkin bir sağlık uzmanına danışın.
Kendinizi kötü hissederseniz, başınız dönerse, nefesiniz daralırsa veya ağrı duyarsanız hemen durun ve tavsiye alın. Canınızı yakan bir harekete asla devam etmeyin.
Kaymayacak sağlam bir sandalye kullanın, etrafınızdaki alanı boşaltın ve ayakta yapılan her hareket için desteği elinizin altında tutun.
MoveWell ücretsiz bir kademe ve isteğe bağlı ücretli bir abonelik ("MoveWell Pro") sunar.

Ücretsiz kademe; kişiselleştirilmiş kurulumu, Hareket Skorunuzu, günde bir kişisel seansı, seçili başlangıç programlarını, serileri, haftalık ilerlemeyi, hatırlatmaları ve Apple Sağlık'ı içerir. Ücretsiz kademenin kapsamını değiştirebiliriz; ancak ücretli bir dönem boyunca satın aldığınız içeriği kaldırmayız.
MoveWell bilgilerinizi cihazınızda saklar. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası. Cihazınızdan ve yedeklerinden siz sorumlusunuz — uygulamayı silerseniz veya cihazınızı kaybederseniz geçmişiniz de gider.
MoveWell'in içeriğini tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, yeniden satmaya, dağıtmaya veya erişimi paylaşmaya çalışmayın; uygulamayı yasalara aykırı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden biçimde kullanmayın.
Uygulama, egzersiz içeriği, metinler, tasarım ve yazılım bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Aboneliğiniz size bunları kullanma hakkı verir, sahipliğini vermez.
Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; uygulamayı güncelleyebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Ücretli bir aboneliği bilerek çalışmaz hâle getirmeyiz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde MoveWell "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan yaralanma, kayıp veya zarardan sorumlu değiliz; ancak yasa gereği hariç tutulamayan sorumluluklar — ihmalimizden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarar ile hile dâhil — saklıdır.
Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bu, yaşadığınız ülkede sahip olduğunuz zorunlu tüketici korumalarını etkilemez.
MoveWell is a fitness and wellness app offering gentle, low-impact movement sessions, many of which can be done from a chair. It builds a suggested plan from the answers you give it.
MoveWell is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not physiotherapy, rehabilitation or personal training, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
The "Movement Score" shown in the app is an in-app starting metric calculated from the answers you give. It is not a health assessment, a fitness test or a medical measurement, and it should not be treated as one.
You are responsible for exercising within your own limits. Before you begin, and especially if you have recently had surgery or an injury, are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are unsure whether exercise is right for you, please consult a suitable health professional.
Stop immediately and seek advice if you feel unwell, dizzy, short of breath or in pain. Never continue an exercise that hurts.
Use a sturdy chair that will not slide, clear the space around you, and keep support within reach for any standing movement.
MoveWell offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("MoveWell Pro").
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The free tier includes personalised setup, your Movement Score, one personalised session a day, a selection of starter programs, streaks, weekly progress, reminders and Apple Health. We may change what is included in the free tier, but we will not remove content you have already paid for during a paid period.
MoveWell stores your information on your device. See the Privacy Policy for detail. You are responsible for your device and for any backups of it — if you delete the app or your device is lost, your history goes with it.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute or share access to MoveWell's content, and do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
The app, its exercise content, text, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them, not to own them.
We may add, change or remove features, and may update or discontinue the app. We will not knowingly break a paid subscription without offering a remedy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveWell is provided "as is". We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
