Kısaca: HerKit'e girdiğiniz her şey (dolap, fotoğraflar, anılar, döngü,
ölçüler, notlar) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur ve bu verileri
göremeyiz. Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir; HerKit Pro reklamları kaldırır.
1. Toplanan Veriler
HerKit hesap, e-posta veya telefon numarası istemez. Uygulamayı kullanmak için hiçbir
kişisel bilgi vermeniz gerekmez. Adınızı girerseniz yalnızca uygulama içinde selamlama için
kullanılır ve cihazınızda kalır.
2. Cihazınızda Saklanan Bilgiler
Aşağıdakilerin tamamı yalnızca cihazınızın yerel belleğinde tutulur:
Anı kavanozu, ses kayıtları, zaman kapsülleri, kitaplar ve alıntılar
Su, hareket, döngü, menopoz ve vücut ölçüsü kayıtları
Listeler, ev görevleri, seyahatler, arkadaş kodları, günlük karakter sohbeti
Bu veriler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, tarafımızca görüntülenemez ve uygulamayı
sildiğinizde tamamen silinir. Ayarlar → “Bu cihazdaki her şeyi sıfırla” ile istediğiniz an
kendiniz de silebilirsiniz.
3. Hassas Veriler
Döngü, vücut ölçüleri, günlük/anılar, bedenler, ilişki ve aile bilgileri
hiçbir koşulda reklam, analiz veya başka bir amaçla cihazdan çıkarılmaz.
Bu kural uygulamanın kodunda uygulanır. Bu bölümler Face ID / Touch ID ile kilitlenebilir.
Kilit, cihazınızın güvenlik mekanizmasını kullanır; uçtan uca şifreleme olarak
tanıtılmaz.
4. İzinler
Uygulama bir izni yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda ister:
Kamera — dolaba kıyafet eklemek, ürün/anı fotoğrafı çekmek ve Akıllı
Ayna için. Görüntü cihazda işlenir (arka plan temizleme dahil).
Fotoğraflar — yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar okunur. HerKit
galerinizi kendi başına taramaz. Kaydet dediğinizde çıktılar galerinize eklenir.
Mikrofon — kendi kaydettiğiniz sesli anılar için.
Face ID / Touch ID — Gizli Kasa'yı açmak için. Biyometrik veriniz
Apple tarafından işlenir; bize ulaşmaz.
Bildirimler — yalnızca sizin açtığınız hatırlatmalar için; cihazda
oluşturulur.
Takip izni (App Tracking Transparency) — ücretsiz sürümde reklamların
daha ilgili olabilmesi için sorulur. Reddederseniz reklamlar yine gösterilir ancak
kişiselleştirilmez.
HerKit konum bilgisi toplamaz.
5. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
HerKit'in ücretsiz sürümünde Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner ve geçiş
reklamları gösterilir. HerKit Pro abonelerine reklam gösterilmez.
Google, reklam sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcıları (izin verdiyseniz IDFA),
IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ile reklam
etkileşimlerini işleyebilir.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan Google'ın
onay formu (UMP) ile rıza alınır. Seçiminizi uygulama içinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Takip iznini reddederseniz IDFA kullanılmaz.
Reklam isteklerine dolabınız, fotoğraflarınız, döngü veya sağlık kayıtlarınız, anılarınız
ya da uygulamaya yazdığınız hiçbir içerik eklenmez.
Döngü, vücut, anı kavanozu, gizli kasa ve karakter sohbeti ekranlarında reklam
gösterilmez.
HerKit Pro aboneliği Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme bilgileriniz doğrudan
Apple tarafından işlenir; bu bilgilere erişimimiz yoktur.
Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için RevenueCat kullanılır. RevenueCat'e
yalnızca satın alma kaydınız (ürün, abonelik durumu) ve uygulamanın oluşturduğu anonim bir
kullanıcı kimliği gider. Adınız, e-postanız veya ödeme bilgileriniz gönderilmez.

7. Paylaşım ve Arkadaş Çevresi
HerKit'te herkese açık profil, yabancı keşfi veya genel akış yoktur. Arkadaş kodunuz
yalnızca seçtiğiniz görünen ad ile rastgele bir koddan oluşur; telefon numaranız veya
e-postanız paylaşılmaz. Bir şeyi paylaştığınızda (story, kolaj, oylama) bu, iOS paylaşım
menüsü üzerinden sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya gönderilir.
8. Çocukların Gizliliği
HerKit yetişkinlere yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara hitap etmez. Bilerek çocuklardan
veri toplamayız. Aile bölümündeki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda kalır.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikada değişiklik yapılırsa güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih
güncellenir.
In short: everything you put into HerKit — closet, photos, memories,
cycle, measurements, notes — is stored only on your device. We run no servers and cannot see
it. The free version shows Google AdMob ads; HerKit Pro removes them.
1. Data We Collect
HerKit does not ask for an account, email address or phone number. If you enter your
name, it is used only to greet you inside the app and stays on your device.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
All of the following is kept only in your device's local storage:
This data is never uploaded, is not accessible to us, and is permanently deleted when you
uninstall the app. You can also erase it yourself at any time in Settings → “Reset
everything on this device”.
3. Sensitive Data
Cycle, body measurements, journal and memories, sizes, relationship and family information
never leave your device for advertising, analytics or any other purpose.
This is enforced in the app's code. These sections can be locked with Face ID / Touch ID.
The lock uses your device's security; it is not described as end-to-end encryption.
4. Permissions
The app asks for a permission only when you use the related feature:
Camera — to add clothes, photograph products and memories, and for the
Smart Mirror. Images are processed on device, including background removal.
Photos — only the photos you pick are read. HerKit never scans your
library on its own. When you tap Save, your creation is added to your library.
Microphone — for voice memories you record yourself.
Face ID / Touch ID — to unlock the Private Vault. Biometric data is
handled by Apple and never reaches us.
Notifications — only for reminders you turn on; created on device.
App Tracking Transparency — asked in the free version so ads can be
more relevant. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
HerKit does not collect location.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of HerKit shows banner and interstitial ads served by
Google AdMob. HerKit Pro subscribers see no ads.
Google may process device identifiers (the IDFA, if you allow tracking), approximate
location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions
to serve and measure ads.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form
(UMP). You can change your choice from inside the app.
If you decline tracking, the IDFA is not used.
Ad requests never include your closet, photos, cycle or health logs,
memories, or anything you type into the app.
No ads are shown on the cycle, body, memory jar, private vault or companion chat
screens.
HerKit Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment details are processed by
Apple and we have no access to them.
We use RevenueCat to validate your subscription. RevenueCat receives only
your purchase record (product and subscription status) and an anonymous user identifier
generated by the app. Your name, email and payment details are never sent.

7. Sharing and Your Circle
HerKit has no public profiles, stranger discovery or public feed. Your friend code contains
only the display name you chose and a random code — never your phone number or email.
When you share something (a story, collage or vote), it is sent through the iOS share sheet
to the app you choose.
8. Children's Privacy
HerKit is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect data from children. Information in the Family section stays on your device.
9. Changes
Any updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
