DeskFlow üçüncü taraf bir analiz aracı kullanmaz ve sizi uygulamalar ya da web siteleri arasında izlemez. Uygulamanın düzgün çalıştığını anlamak için tuttuğu olay kayıtları yalnızca cihazınızda kalır.
Apple Sağlık'tan okunan adım ve antrenman bilgileri yalnızca "yakın zamanda hareket ettiniz mi" sorusunu yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Analiz edilmez, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz, iCloud'a yüklenmez ve hiçbir koşulda reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Hakkınızda sunucumuzda tutulan bir kişisel veri bulunmadığından, verileriniz üzerindeki denetim tamamen sizdedir: tüm DeskFlow verilerinizi Profil → "Tüm verilerimi sil" ile istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. DeskFlow bir iyi hâl (wellness) uygulamasıdır, tıbbi cihaz değildir. Teşhis koymaz, tedavi etmez, hastalık önlemez ve tıbbi bakımın ya da fizyoterapinin yerine geçmez. Hareket Borcu ve Masa Puanı uygulamaya ait ölçütlerdir; klinik ölçüm değildir.

DeskFlow does not ask for any personal information. No account, email address, phone number or name is required. We run no servers, and nothing is sent to us while you use the app.
To choose movements that suit you, the app asks a few questions during setup: where you work (home, office or both), your working hours and lunch break, how comfortable you are moving at work, which body areas usually feel stiff, and how often you'd like reminders. The optional morning check-in can also record how you feel that day.
These answers, together with your break history, Movement Debt records, Desk Score, streaks and badges, are stored only in your device's local storage. This data:
The Home Screen widget and the Apple Watch app share a small summary (Movement Debt, today's break count, streak) directly between your own devices using Apple's on-device and device-to-device mechanisms. It does not pass through a server.
The app requests the following permissions only when you use the related feature:
The app does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or calendar.
Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. Your payment details are handled directly by Apple; we have no access to them.
We use RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription. What RevenueCat receives is your purchase record (which product you bought and whether the subscription is active) and an anonymous user identifier generated by the app. Your name, email address, payment details, health data and movement history are never sent. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. DeskFlow Pro shows no ads.
DeskFlow uses no third-party analytics tool and does not track you across apps or websites. The event log the app keeps to understand whether it is working correctly stays on your device.
Step and workout information read from Apple Health is used only to answer one question — "have you moved recently?" It is not analysed, not shared with third parties, not uploaded to iCloud, and under no circumstances used for advertising or marketing.
Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, control of your data is entirely yours: you can erase all DeskFlow data at any time via Profile → "Delete all my data". For data processed by Google and RevenueCat, you can exercise the rights described in their policies. Contact us with any questions.
The app is designed for adults who work at a desk and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Because no user data is held on our servers, there is no risk of a server-side breach. Data on your device is protected by iOS's standard security mechanisms.
DeskFlow is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care or physiotherapy. Movement Debt and Desk Score are app metrics, not clinical measurements.
