ManBox'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşullara ek olarak Apple Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; ikisi çelişirse bu sayfadaki koşullar önceliklidir.
Size ManBox'ı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir.
ManBox bir takip ve hesaplama aracıdır:
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz veriler ve fotoğraflar size aittir ve cihazınızda saklanır. Verilerinizi yedeklemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Telif hakkıyla korunan içerikleri (ör. nota, tab, şarkı sözü) yalnızca hakkınız varsa ekleyin.
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, reklamlara yapay tıklama üretmemeyi ve abonelik doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Ücretsiz sürüm üçüncü taraf (Google AdMob) reklamları içerir. Reklam verenlerin ürün ve hizmetlerinden ManBox sorumlu değildir. Reklamlarla ilgili veri işleme Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
ManBox "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı ya da hesaplamaların sizin durumunuza uygun olacağı garanti edilmez. Uygulamanın kullanımından veya hesaplamalara dayanılarak alınan kararlardan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu yasal haklar saklıdır.
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınız sona erer.
Bu koşullar, bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
By downloading or using ManBox you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where the two conflict, these terms prevail.
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use ManBox for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
ManBox is a tracking and calculation tool:
The data and photos you enter belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing them up. Only add copyrighted material (such as sheet music, tabs or lyrics) if you have the right to do so.
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, reverse engineer it, generate artificial ad clicks or attempt to bypass subscription validation.
The free version contains third-party ads (Google AdMob). ManBox is not responsible for advertisers' products or services. Data processing for ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
ManBox is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations will suit your circumstances, and we accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of the app or decisions based on its calculations. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Your licence ends if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
