We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use RingSwitch on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app offers one optional non-consumable purchase, Remove Ads. It removes banner and full-screen ads, is charged once in your local currency, and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Do not modify the app, tamper with its save data or attempt to disrupt the service. We may change or stop providing the app or any feature at any time.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında RingSwitch'i kullanmanız için kişisel ve devredilemez bir lisans veririz; Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi geçerlidir.
Uygulamada tek bir isteğe bağlı kalıcı satın alım vardır: Reklamları Kaldır. Banner ve tam ekran reklamları kaldırır, yerel para biriminizle bir kez ücretlendirilir ve aynı Apple kimliğiyle her cihazda geri yüklenebilir.
Uygulamayı değiştirmeyin, kayıt verisine müdahale etmeyin veya hizmeti bozmaya çalışmayın. Uygulamayı veya herhangi bir özelliğini dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir ya da sunmayı bırakabiliriz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde örtülü garantiler hariç tutulur ve kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
